Our local farmers'meat

At our butcher’s counter you will find beef and pork raised by our partners in the Tuscan Maremma, a district extending from the slopes of Monte Amiata down to Argentario. The stock is raised in small family run stables, according to tradition. We know each of our associates, so that we can ensure complete traceability of the product.

Our range also features Tuscan lamb, which is loved for its easily digestible pink meat, and has high nutritional value. We also offer the PGI lamb of central Italy, which has more mature and marbled meats, with high organoleptic characteristics.
